Seattle Chiropractor Dr. Jeff Bowers
Over the years, Dr. Bowers has been an avid athlete and that has led to injuries. At one point, the culmination of these traumas inhibited him from continuing to play sports competitively. Dr. Bowers was introduced to a chiropractor that would eventually change his life. Chiropractic enabled Dr. Bowers to continue to compete but it also led to a career in chiropractic. Dr. Bowers has embraced the principles of chiropractic for what it is...a natural, safe and effective approach to health that focuses on care of the spine as a means to improve how people feel and function.
Dr. Bowers graduated from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to attend Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1999. Upon graduating, he moved to Seattle where he opened his first clinic in Edmonds. Dr. Bowers has been practicing at Bowers Family Chiropractic in Edmonds since 2000. Dr. Bowers opened his second clinic, Market Place Chiropractic, in 2007 and has been serving the Belltown community of Seattle since that time.
Dr. Bowers' practice philosophy is centered around the notion that a person's health is a direct reflection of the choices they make throughout their life. How you eat, how you think, how you exercise, how you take care of spine and posture...YOUR LIFESTYLE...all determine the level of health a person experiences. He hopes to educate and motivate people to make healthier decisions that will have a direct impact on their life. Dr. Bowers makes it a priority to explain everything in advance, provide options and choices for treatment, answer questions, and communicate in a way that builds a strong relationship and level of trust with his patients.
Dr. Bowers lives in Woodinville with his wife, Dawn, and their sons Brecken and Brody. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, wake-boarding, surfing, mountain biking, and spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Bowers is an active member of Eastlake Community Church in Bothell.
